I am very impressed with my purchase so far, I’ve had the chair now for approximately 1 month and help out until now to write a review.
Admittedly I was very sceptical due to not many reviews being around for much battlebull paraphernalia but I was in desperate need of a new chair.
I managed to get the Vapourwave 2 on promotion for $369.00 AUD from my local PC store and was very impressed.
I am about 196CM in height and approx 84KG in weight with extremely difficult back issues and this chair has hit the mark.
I’ve tried almost everything out there including: Secretlabs ( can not recommend staying away from them anymore ) , Andaseat, Razor, ONEX and noble chairs over the years and have to say the only chair I was a little happier with was my Andaseat Kaiser3.
I work away from home so taking this into consideration when I get back i can game for sometimes 10 hours+
Pros:
- very well constructed with extremely easy assembly.
- quality of the materials is very high.
- adjustability is almost second to none including full recline feature & arm rests.
- Adjustable Lumbar support is an absolute must if you suffer with back issues they really nailed this.
- comfort; was a little hard upon first use but within 2 days I’ve easily adjusted.
- extremely Sturdy
Cons:
- Packaging and overall weight of the product is very cumbersome.
- Does not come with neck/pillow to support your head if it did this would be a 5 star review, really disappointing but I was lucky enough to have another one from a different chair that worked.
- Gas lift mechanism is a little bit awkward to use as it almost everytime feels like you are going to jam your fingers ( it has not happened to me once ).
- Vapourweave label to me seems to be a bit of a gimmick or slogan money grab but it’s still fantastic quality; that being said it is EXTREMELY difficult to clean without proper fabric care products.
I definitely recommend this chair to 8/10 people who want a budget conscious and seriously well engineered product for the fraction of major label prices.
